Aric A. Prather, PhD, is a professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at the University of California, San Francisco, where he codirects the Aging, Metabolism, and Emotions Center.
He is also a licensed clinical psychologist who helps lead the UCSF Insomnia Clinic where he practices cognitive behavioral therapy to treat patients with insomnia.
